Frequently Asked Questions

What are your experiences with... (please insert your symptoms/diagnosis here)?

Since we have no medical training, we are not allowed to make any such statements/prognosis. Statements in this area can very quickly be interpreted as illegal healing claims. Thank you for your understanding! But...

Since the EESystem technology has started going around the world at a rapid pace, testimonials are being collected worldwide on As of July 2023, these are now also categorized and searchable by keyword. Please use this growing collection of feedback to get an idea of what is possible.

How often should I come for a session?

The energy is cumulative, which means that the more time you spend in this powerful and positive energy field, the more it strengthens the entire body system. It is completely individual and depends on one's needs how often and how long one should spend time in the EES energy. It depends on the overall condition of the body and how much support it needs to recover and be cleansed. If you are struggling with a chronic situation, ask us for more information/recommendations, when you visit the center (no email advice).

What does a typical session look like?

We offer you a blanket and earplugs. This is to help you relax and begin your journey inward. Here you just need to sit back, close your eyes and let go of the outside world, maybe even fall asleep.

Our EES room has 8 recliners and a bed (90 cm x 200 cm; convertible to a double bed) where other visitors can relax and unwind. We therefore ask everyone to be considerate of others and not disturb others by talking to neighbors or scrolling on their cell phones.

Nevertheless, we would like to point out that snoring can occur if someone falls asleep in the room. We do provide earplugs, but if you are sensitive to noise, we encourage you to bring your own headphones with relaxation music, guided meditation, or anything else that will allow you to sleep peacefully even though you are in a group session.

How do I best prepare for my session?

No preparation is required, but there are a few things to keep in mind to get the most out of your visit:

  • Don't come hungry, but don't eat a large meal immediately before your visit. Since the body is focused on digestion immediately after a meal, it is advisable that it spend its energy recovering rather than digesting.
  • Leave stress at the door. The experience will be more beautiful and the effect more powerful, let go of everyday life and allow yourself the luxury of simply relaxing.
  • Come with an open heart and mind. With a calm mind, you will support your body's natural healing abilities in the best way possible.
  • Do not consume alcohol or other intoxicating substances before the session. Preferably, do not drink coffee or other stimulating beverages immediately before your visit. You want to be able to relax.
  • Set your cell phone to airplane mode and spend time in the room without distractions, both for your sake and the sake of the other visitors.
  • Dress comfortably.
  • Drink plenty of water. We will also provide this for you in the room.

What can I expect to experience/feel during a session?

Each session is unique! It differs from person to person and from visit to visit. Therefore, it is difficult to give a concrete answer. Most people who visit an EES center agree that it is a positive experience. Many are surprised at how their brain "shuts down" and how deeply relaxed they feel after just a few minutes. This is enormously important because only when we are in a relaxed state (parasympathetic nervous system; rest and regeneration) can regeneration begin in the body. Many fall asleep in the EES room even though they do not normally nap during the day.

Some feel a subtle tingling sensation as soon as they enter the room, others feel the sensation during the session. It may start in one part of the body and move to another, eventually circulating throughout the body.

How will I feel after my session?

Just like the experience in the room itself, the after-effects are unique. Most people feel relaxed and refreshed, as if they have had a really good rest. A few may sometimes experience mild headaches and sensations of other kinds. As with any other cleanse, this is a sign that the body is working to eliminate toxins and is a natural part of the detoxification process. They are neither dangerous nor permanent. Support the body by drinking water, taking a detox bath, possibly fasting for a few days or changing your diet to further support the body's cleansing process.

How long will the effect last?

The more you are exposed to this field, the more your cells and body can adjust to a healthy millivolt level. The body begins to rejuvenate itself and sets in motion a powerful process of self-healing. EES provides the ideal "frequency bath" and the body responds with its innate wisdom by readjusting to homeostasis.

Why are detoxbaths recommended and what can I do, if I don't have access to a bathtub?

Since the EES system activates the detoxification system of the cells, it is strongly recommended that you take a detoxification bath close to your visit to the system to help the body eliminate toxins and waste products through the skin.

Detox baths enhance the effects of EES and are advantageously done close to a session. If you do not have a bathtub available, there is the option of taking a foot bath or using the salt mixture as an exfoliant in the shower. Details of the detox baths recommended by Dr. Michael and sources of supply of the salts can be found HERE!

All detoxification processes of the body depend on the presence of various minerals and trace elements. Thus the body can be supported in this area by high-quality nutritional supplements. We are happy to take the time and advise in this area as well!

What should I know about night sessions?

The price for one night includes a set of bed linen and a towel. We make every effort to welcome people with special needs or handicaps. If you need help/care during the night, then please contact us before booking. In this case, please come with a friend or relative familiar with your situation.

We guarantee a minimum of 12h for night sessions. The usual check-in time is between 19h30 and 20h30. Please contact us to arrange the exact check-in time.  We will be happy to consider your wishes within our possibilities.

It is possible to bring your own meals/snacks, but there are no cooking facilities in the center. There is a good cafe called Cornetto within walking distance (closed on Mondays), the Pizzeria Steinbock and also a Migros restaurant.

The EES room has one bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and this can be converted into a double bed with two mattresses. Both beds can be moved separately in the room.

The center is located in an old building. There is a toilet with washing facility. However we can't offer a bathtube. The simple shower with shower curtain is ready for use.

How does it work with food for longer stays?

You can reach in a short walk a coffee shop, a Migros restaurant in the small shopping center and a pizzeria, if you do not want to equip yourself with your own food for your stay.

What should I do with myvaluables during the session?
